Lexington type sauce

Lexington Vinegar Sauce:

2 cups apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup Honey
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon ground white pepper
3/4- 1 tablespoon red chili flakes (more is better)
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3/4 Tab garlic powder

I love this sauce, not thick, this is a thin sauce that runs all through your pulled pork or over ribs. I don't use it to mop on ribs, but sometimes use in on pork shoulder while cooking in the smoker.
