Grilled Potatoes? You're Grilling Anyway!

Try adding this to whatever you are grilling for the Fourth this year. Grilled potatoes give you a lot of possibilities and variations that you can use. I have tried them in lots of ways. What follows is the way that I grill potatoes most often...

Grilled Potatoes

Hamburgers - The Old Standby

Hamburgers are one of the best and easiest ways to experience grilling. After a little practice, you get to the point where you can grill them just right (especially if you are used to cooking them in the kitchen anyway).

Grilling burgers is a great way to celebrate Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, or any other Holiday. It takes some time planning for smoking a brisket or a butt. Burgers are an easy standby to fall back on in a pinch. They are great anytime. The fun challenging part comes with the variations of seasonings and recipes.

Grilled Pizza - Bring the Family Together

You know how sometimes with a recipe, if you change something too much, or add something new, it really throws everything off? Sometimes you just have to start over. Well this time, it will be very hard to make wrong choices.

Grilled pizza is a recipe that is hard to put down on paper (or cyberspace). I will try, though, to give you some good guidelines to follow. But the choices are completely up to you.

Don't Forget the Veggies

This 4th of July, with all of the burgers and hot dogs being grilled, don't forget about those vegetables. Not only are they good for you, they taste great.

Onions, mushrooms, corn on the cob, and asparagus are just a few of the vegetables perfect for the grill.

Editor's Qs

I want to grill steaks this 4th of July. Do you have a garlic steak sauce?

How about giving this one a try...

3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 small onion (diced)
1/2 cup lemon (or lime) juice
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Mix all ingredients together, add steak, marinate overnight, and grill. If you need more, just make another batch.

The Challenge Continues.

I don't want to give you the idea that I can't be stumped, but... let's see what happens.
